This is my new camera accessory. It’s a walking staff monopod. One of my friends made this with an old metal tripod top and a piece of sourwood. I used it all month at the ren faire. This is how I got the great joust action shots.

The Tennessee Renaissance Festival continues. On Memorial day weekend the festival hosts the Gath of Baal International Jousting Tournament.
