Yep this project is really getting to me. Last night I dreamed we were traveling somewhere. We stopped I got out of the car. The sun was peaking out from behind some heavily wooded hills. and I thought “This will be my Photo for the day.”
I’m addicted.
It’s Star Wars day or May the fourth be with you. See it’s a play on words swapping fourth for Force. Technically around here we celebrate the traditional date May 25 the original released date of Star Wars.
This is one of my oldest Star Wars collectable, a drinking glass from Burger KIng.

It’s been raining since Thursday. Yesterday faire was wet and muddy. The longer the day went the muddier it got. Some place your foot would sink into the mud. Cars had to be pushed and towed out of teh parking lot.
So The Festival was canceled for Sunday. It’s the only time I remember that happening. I’ve seen it open late. And know it closed early during the tornado several years ago. I was told it only the third time in 24 year run of the faire that it was canceled.

April Shower bring April Flowers. The roses have bloomed. And it’s not even May yet. They don’t last long but are pretty while they last.

This is my collection of cards and brochures from the Dragon Days festival. in Cookeville, TN. I collect as many cards and links as I can at any faire I visit. So I can post plenty of information on Renaissance Faire Pictorial. If I can help spread the word more people will attend.
Hidden Hollow Park holds different events at the park through out the year. Next event is “Back to Mayberry Days” on July 25-26.
