It rained again today. After one of the showers ended, I thought great weather for a rainbow. So I went to a spot that had high elevation for a clear shot.
It was spitting rain on and off. And lighting in the distance. I walked to some, arches to frame a shot. No rainbows but some nice colors in the sky. Then I heard a a howling sound.
“Is that a tornado siren? Do we have them in this part of town.?”
I get back in the truck as the rain resumes. Turn on radio, “…That was a l weather alter. Stay tune for updates.” I search channels till I find a Nola(?) broadcast. All kinds of storm alerts in the area. I head home.

It rained yesterday and the wing was strong at times. This nest was blown out of the tulip popular. It landed in the mulch where the hedge used to be. Don’t know what bird built it. There was a fresh blade of grass in it so it might have been occupied.

I was checking the traffic for this blog. Someone using the keyword “365 Photography blog” visited the blog. It’s happened before, I’ve been on the first page of results before. But last night, for a brief time at least, I was #1 on google.
So go search and find me, cause I get lost a lot.

Today is the first day of my vacation, so naturally it rained most the day. so I cleaned in the studio. Barbosa had no problems with the rain. He went out and caught a mermaid.

Yard work. I cleaned debris from the yard today. Tomorrow I’ll mow if it’s not raining. The grass hasn’t rally started rowing yet but there’s plenty of clover and random things sprouting. I just want to trim everything even.
